Our Inspections are carried out in accordance with appropriate Australian Standard (Residential Building Report) - AS4349.1 We go above and beyond the basic requirements to provide you with a detailed comprehensive inspection report.

Our Inspections are carried out in accordance with appropriate Australian Standard (Timber Pest Inspection Report) - AS4349.3. 

Our Inspector is not only experienced, licensed and insured – we carry a moisture meter, thermal imaging camera and access equipment to every inspection we carry out.

The Timber Pest Inspection includes the location and identification of termites and borers, as well as the identification of any prior significant timber pest activity.

We also note in our reports, damage from previous timber pest activity that requires repair.

Yes, we carry out Combined Prepurchase Building and Pest inspections. A thorough inspection of the building and its immediate surroundings.

All accessible areas of the property are inspected, including building exterior, building interior, roof, subfloor and fences.

Both inspections carried out in accordance with the AS 4349.1 Standards.
